The VDL Klima Axial Fan has been a high-quality Dutch product for 60 years and has been manufactured in Eindhoven since its inception. The VDL Klima fan has a wide range of applications. In agriculture, they contribute to an optimal cooling and drying process for potatoes, onions, flower bulbs and other crops. Using Klima fans in storage facilities creates an optimal climate for your harvest.   

The motors can be supplied in many different designs and protection classes, depending on the application. The VDL Klima axial fan is made of cast aluminium and consists of a hub with a number of blades attached to it. The shape of the blades has been developed to achieve optimum efficiency. This multi-part impeller allows the blades to be mounted at the most favourable angle, ensuring that 100% of the motor power is utilised. Thanks to this feature, a wide capacity range can be covered with a single fan type.

The fan casing of a duct axial fan is made of sheet steel with a streamlined inlet edge and is then hot-dip galvanised or spray-coated. Depending on the application, various fan casing designs can be selected.
